What kinds of parties and events can I host at Stratosphere Social?
Just about anything. We host kids’ birthday parties, teen and adult celebrations, corporate events, team building, holiday parties, client appreciation nights, sports team parties, school and church groups, camps, and more.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially for weekends and the holiday season. If your event is within 10 days, fill out our contact form instead of booking online so our team can check availability.
How much is the deposit?
A 25% deposit of the total contract reserves your date and time.
Can I bring my own cake or decorations?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring cake or cupcakes, plus weighted balloons and themed decorations. We can’t refrigerate cakes, so skip the ice cream cake. Outside food and drinks aren’t permitted, but let your party planner know about any dietary needs.
Do parents or chaperones have to pay?
No. Non-participating parents and chaperones aren’t included in pricing and aren’t an extra charge.
Can you accommodate large corporate groups?
Absolutely. Our indoor Backyard holds up to 300 guests, and our event team can build a custom package around your group size, schedule, and budget.
Do you serve alcohol?

What’s your cancellation policy?
Events canceled with more than 14 days’ notice are fully refundable minus the deposit. Events canceled with less notice are non-refundable but may be moved to another date at management’s discretion.
